How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on Login at the top right side of the website and select Create an account. Fill up all the required information as indicated in the fields, then click submit button.

Is the Meat and Poultry products you are delivering is Halal?

All our Products are 100% halal Beef/Veal, Mutton & Poultry. We deal in only Halal Products, we believe in We sale what we Eat, you can view halal Certification of the vendor on top of the home page under View Vendor Halal Certification. 

Why the weight of the meat is lesser then the actual weight shown on the receipt?

Before cutting the meat the butcher weights chunk of a meat which contain fats, muscles and other waste then the butcher trim the fats, muscles and other waste thus reducing the weight approximately 5 to 10 percent from the actual weight of the meat.

What are the ways I can place the order?

You can place the order through our website at www.halalfresh.ca

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum or maximum limit on the purchase, you can buy as small as 5 dollar worth of items.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop and purchase from Halal Fresh?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders.

What are the modes of payment?

We accept all major debit and Credit Cards.

When I pay by credit/debit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered to me?

If we are not able to deliver any product or products from your order, and you have already paid for them, the amount for the product not delivered will be refunded to you payment card Account. allow 1 to 3 business days to reflect the refund amount to your payment card.

Who does the delivery?

We have a dedicated and well trained team of delivery personnel and a fleet of personal vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

What happens if I'm out when you deliver my grocery order?

Any Cancelation, Postponed, Change in Delivery time or delivery location, please advise us before 12 pm on the day of delivery through email or calling us at 18335222245. if we don't receive your instruction before the prescribed time and if You are not at your place to receive the order, you will be charged 50% of the total order amount.

What are the delivery charges?

In most of the areas the Delivery charges are $4.99, however we advise you to check the schedule delivery column for your area delivery charges.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

Do you do same day delivery?

For cities, Toronto, North York, Scarborough, East York & Etobicoke All the order placed before 12 pm will be delivered the SAME DAY in the evening between 6 to 8 pm, Rest of the cities we have scheduled delivery dates, however on placing the order the system will give you the delivery date & delivery time.

How do I cancel or amend my online grocery order?

You can amend/cancel your order only by calling us before 12 pm.

Receiving your grocery delivery?

You or someone aged 18 or over on your behalf must be available to receive, inspect your grocery delivery order.  We will not be able to leave goods unattended under any circumstances. We will always deliver to the front door of your house or at least to the communal entrance to your Premises. 

What if I get items damaged or items which I have not order?

After evaluation of the order if we found the mistake is from our side we will take back the item and full refund will be given to the customer, if we found the mistakes is from the customer side then customer has to take the responsibility.

The meat and poultry item once delivered to the customer in good condition, and acknowledge by the customer or open packaging by the customer, the item cannot be taken back as per the Food and Beverages safety procedures.
